Welcome to Camayah Visuals (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our online galleries hosted through Pixieset (the “Platform”). By accessing or purchasing images from our galleries, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Use of Galleries

Our galleries showcase photography from a variety of community and private events, including but not limited to youth sports, family sessions, festivals, nonprofit outreach, and celebrations. You may view, download (if enabled), and purchase images for your personal enjoyment.

2. Copyright and Ownership

All images are the exclusive property of Camayah Visuals and are fully protected under U.S. Copyright Law.

Downloading or purchasing a photo grants you a personal-use, non-commercial license only.
You may not:

• Publish images in print or digital media (including magazines, articles, blogs, or websites)

• Use images for advertising, branding, or promotional purposes

• Resell or distribute images

• Alter images beyond standard adjustments (cropping, exposure, tone)

• Remove or modify metadata or logos

Any usage beyond personal enjoyment requires written permission from Camayah Visuals and may incur licensing fees.

3. Event Coverage and Photo Removal

We respect privacy. If you or your child appears in a gallery and would like an image removed—whether from a private or public setting—please email info@camayahvisuals.com, and we will respond promptly.

4. Payments and Orders

• All sales are final for digital downloads.

• We cannot offer refunds once files have been delivered.

• If you experience a technical issue, please reach out and we will assist.

5. Security

Galleries may be public or password-protected depending on the event. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no online platform can be guaranteed 100% secure. By using our services, you accept this inherent risk.

6. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our galleries after changes are posted signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
